Thompson Meat Co was established in the fall of 2013 by husband and wife team, Patrick Thompson and Heather Gregory.  Our 58 acre ranch is located in Cooke County, Texas which is where we raise sheep that are a Katahdin and Dorper cross and chickens that are slow growing red rangers, .  We work hard to bring meat to the North Texas Community that we are proud of by raising healthy animals that create a delicious and high quality product.  We practice sustainable and holistic ranching practices to ensure that animals we raise are healthy and free of GMO’s, antibiotics and hormones and the land we work is chemical free and nourished for generations to come.
