Homemade Beef Jerky and Sausage Sticks. Mesquite smoked in an old fashioned smoke house. Eye of round Black Angus beef. Our Beef Jerky smoked about 3 days and the Sausage Sticks about 1 week. We remove all the casing from our sausage sticks. And no sugar or preservatives added to the Beef Jerky.
