June Market Events

June 21st, 2018 is the official First Day of Summer. We have some great Market events in June and our annual art show fundraiser!

June 16: Harvest Day and Father’s Day Market at the Denton Community Market

Farmers are gearing up for our upcoming Harvest Day Market. Come out to celebrate our DCM Certified Farmers! All farmers produce their items that they sell in a sustainable manner. Absolutely no resale is allowed.

The Denton Community Market Certified Farmers are:
– local within 100 miles of Denton
– sustainable practices verified
– producer only and no resale
You can get to know your local farmers and learn about their sustainable practices at Market!

Harvest Day coincides with the Denton County Master Gardener Association Vegetable, Fruit, Herb, & Flower Show at Market!

Also, there will be many great gifts by our artisan and food vendors for Father’s Day! Wood items, metal items, survival kits, pens, prints, men’s soap, beard products, t-shirts, plushies, salsa, meats, sauces, dog treats for your pets, cakes, pies, and so much more! Hope to see you there on June 16th, 9AM to 1PM! If you want to shop early for your Dad, many items are available every Saturday, 9AM to 1PM!

Live Music Line Up Featuring:

June 27: Square Roots Community Art Show at Armadillo Ale Works

For the third year in a row, Denton Community Market is hosting a Community Art Show! This time we are getting back to our roots!

Come out and enjoy a one-of-a-kind art experience hosted by and benefiting the Denton Community Market. All artwork will be for sale on a “grab & go” basis. (Meaning all the artwork will be for sale and able to take home that night!) Come early to pick out your favorite. Discover local artists and bring home some new wall candy. (Makes a great gift, too!) All art sales go 100% to support the growth of DCM.

Speaking of roots, Armadillo Ale Works, (who have a deep-rooted history helping out the Denton Community Market over the years!) are finally opening up their own brick-and-mortar. We couldn’t be more proud of them and we are so thankful they are letting us utilize their beautiful new space on Bell Avenue for this art exhibition event.

Music will be provided by Kind Beats. Enjoy some fresh music, a cold Armadillo Ale Works beer, and unique local artwork. All while supporting the great community of Denton.

Custom art structures built by PINT Services. Check them out for custom vinyl sticker, screen-printing, or laser-engraving work!

Snack food and refreshments to be provided. (More details to come.)

This is a kid-friendly community event.
